L400 Party

Happy New Year gang ! I did a 1/2 tank rescape on my 40 Breeder L400 tank yesterday, and I guess the water going back into the tank must have been a little cooler than usual (I fill directly from the tap with a python), because before the tank was filled, ALL the 400s were out and about. Never seen anything like it ! All 8 adults and many fry (I counted at least 20), ranging in size from over an inch to under a 1/2 inch. I ran( really, I did) upstairs, grabbed the camera, and fired off a few shots. Thought I'd share them. Enjoy.

LOL...I guess I got too caught up in looking at the pictures rather than reading the post.

Yep, 8 adults and the fry. I feed them many things: frozen bloodworms, froz shrimp (plain and spirulina) froz krill, earthworm stix, NLS Thera+, mussel pellets, catfish chips. The fry eat the same stuff, with some NLS Grow and some Kens golden pearls thrown in. I will be in Fla for the convention, so I won't be there. Bit of a haul for me as I am in Mass. Maybe next time, tho. Happy New Year !
