great for supplies but after years of wasting money on low quality fish there i found this forum and would never buy a fish there again. Over the years the few people who cared about their very large fish section have left.

seen a few hybrids and the guy got all testie when i told him that wasnt a real name of a fish that it was a hybrid lol but they also order fish from atlantis at a big markup.. def a waste of time for you if you are looking to get fish

Back when I fist found this pet store it was great.(in the 90's) Prices on dry goods were low and fish and reptiles too. Fish prices are still good, especially on tetras and tropical fishes(which I know John dont keep) tank and dry goods are now high. If you go pass it every day it may be worth stopping to see for yourself but dont go out of your way to take a trip.

Much better years ago but not worth the trip now. Tanks not clean and stock not very good.

i am setting up my friends kid a tank for a late christmas gift. i actually stopped by animals and things today to get a sponge filter as i needed one for myself as well.
anyway they didnt have any but hey did have some semi decent low end holey rock...wasnt quite as good as texas holey rock but for 1.50 lb nt a bad option for some one on a budget. i picked up a few small pices but they did have some larger ones left.
