Hi,

I am Carol and very glad Bill told me about this site. I live in Southern Jersey and work in Bucks County, PA. I got my own fish tank at age 10 and my first cichlids at age 12. I keep almost exclusively cichlids at this point (exceptions being a few Bettas, cat fish, and Plecos). Most of my tanks are filled with Rift Lake Cichlids, but also have some CA, Asian, and West Africans, and am dreaming of a SA soon. In any case, I am looking forward to getting more involved and meeting you all.

I think that you will be able to get your SA-fix in no time...we have a few here that not only keep great looking SA's but breed them as well.

Welcome aboard Carol! I live in Bucks in Langhorne! You will be able to find lots of SA here! I was into SA, especially after collecting them in Peru on the Amazon. Now I am into Africans! Hope you can make the auction!

I work in Newtown, PA (right on E Washington Ave.) Sounds like there are a bunch of you in the area.

If it was just up to me, the entire house would be filled with tanks! Unfortunately I am currently under direct orders (well not really orders, but requests) to hold off on new tanks for a while. So I am having to simply dream about new ones for a while... I have plans for a bigger hosue with a large fishroom in the not so near future.

In any case, I am looking forward to getting to know everyone.

We dine occasionally in Newtown - Duck Sauce, Isaac Newton, La Stalla. Haven't been to the Brick Hotel yet.
