here is an odd topic, but if you have been on forums for a few years, not much new content comes up, so Im gonna try for something new.

What fish have you had that show better color in pictures you have shot than they do in your tank.

For me- Mpimbwe fronts had incredible blue from the flash in my photos, not as brilliant in the tank. Same with my Zaire's.

I think I find this with most fish. They always look better in my photos.

I am the opposite. I will take a ton of the same fish because I can't get it to look like it does in the tank!

All of mine look better in pics than in the tank too!

it really depends on the spectrum of your flourecsent lighting you are using in that tank,mine suck so the flash makes mine look much better in the photos

I'm with Mullet. My fish look better in person, but then I am no where near the photographer that most of you are.
Presently I have a holding female Yellow Lab that looks better than most male Yellows that I have seen...I wish that I could get a picture of her that is decent.
