Guppies

Does anyone on here breed guppies?

I started with 4 males & 3 females & a few fry that I got with some plants from a member here. Almost 300 fry now? I think the males killed off all breed able females but I got a few females that should start breeding soon.:runnningaround:

I keep red delta snakeskins in a tank with red ramshorn snails, RCS and lots o plants. I call it my "fresh foods tank". While I do feed excess fry to my other fish I really do enjoy the guppies. Mini show with all the displaying males and the tank doesn't look out of place since it's on my 9 tank live bearer rack.

I have some in one of my grow out tanks.

I have some guppies in a tank full of hornwort. Every few months I bring a few to my local fish club auction and that (and possibly some dwarf puffers) keep the population in check.
