Acrylic Experience?

Anyone here built anything substantial out of acrylic?

I have acrylic in my garage from an aborted project to build 2 4'x8' tanks.

Great idea Pete.

I have a 500gallong 4' X 8' thats needs the bulkheads plugged and when I setup my new fishroom I'm wondering what to use to plug them.

Please keep us posted with what you do.

Plugging holes in an acrylic tank should be very easy - just get a couple pieces of acrylic of the same thickness as the bottom of the tank, enough to be an inch or two overlapping the holes and get some IPS Weldon.

Of course, you could just donate the 500g to me and I'll do the plugging work :coool!:
