I didn't get a chance to look at the pics from the house last night, Hopefully I can squeeze my wife & daughter out for a FEW minutes tonite:)

I'm curious to get some input on these because Ad Koning's did a few shifts in the 4th edition and this may be one of the fish moved to the Cynotilapia genus. Has anybody got a good look at the teeth?

They have some nice teeth. I noticed my females the other day. I have mine in with an afra cobue and so far they are good together. The cobues teeth are more noticeable thought.

Do the teeth look 'unicuspid & widely spaced' --similar to the afras?

Got to check out the pics--thanks---seeing the females, I've just about convinced myself that these are what Ad is calling Cynotilapia sp. 'elongatus mbenji blue'.

Those of you who have the 4th edition, check out page 71.

Agree/disagree with this assessment? why?

They are reclassifying the fish again. Fish there were pseudotopheus are now metriaclima vice versa. Same for cynotilapia and other species.
