What a day! An absolutely GREAT BIG THANK YOU to everyone at Atlantis for an exceptionally fine day!!!
Peter, thank you for opening your doors and letting EastCoastCichlids have your facility for the day...we will definitely be back. The quality of your stock and great selection are invaluable to ALL Cichlid/Fish keepers.
Jenn, YOU ARE THE BEST!
Peter must be as proud to have you as an employee as everyone here is proud to not only have you in the hobby but to have you as a friend.
I know that I speak for EVERYONE when I say that I cannot wait to see you on April 4th at the ECC Auction!!!
Peter, Jon and Jenn...thank you.

I have to agree it was one of my Best fish days as a Cichlid Keeper in 40 years!
Peter what a great facility and definitely quality cichlids! Plus like I told you I love visiting facility and people's fishrooms because I always pick up something. Today I learned how to make new tumblers! What a great idea! Plus do you think you have enough breeder tanks? WOW! Also, for as many people we had there it was incredible to see you three keep up with catching fish!
For the first time in all my life I saw a female (Jenn) turning a fish over and sexing it! I know women have done this before but this was a first for me. I don't know too many guys that can do that! Peter don't let this catch get away for a worker! She was also great to be around and we had a lot of fun! I hope to see her at the Auction April 4th!
Peter I cannot wait til for ECC Atlantis fish trip II! I already have a list of fish I want to get!
Again! An Excellent Fish Factory and another Great Fish day for the ECC Members!

Ditto to everthing posted by Bill and Ed.

It was a fantastic day. Hopefully some of the other members who could not make it this time will be able to come for the next one.

Thanks again to Peter, Jenn and Jon.

I've been to Atlantis many times, and I have never been disapointed. Jenn seems to be there every Saturday, and is always helpful. It is great to have a facility like theirs that opens their doors to the public and invites us in.

I had a great time picked up a trio of wild Cyno Mbweka. Met a lot of new people from ECC and met up with some old friends. It was a very enjoyable day. The crew at Atlantis were really working out today . Jenn was very knowledgable and really had things under control. Thanks to all you guys at Atlantis for a fantastic day!!

As always, the service was fantastic. What a bunch of friendly, hard workers.
I've got to to throw out some special thanks to John, who worked with my needs, and picked a great wild peacock for my show tank. Service like this is why I keep coming back time after time.

Looking forward to my next visit to Atlantis!

Good time had here. Wish I had more time to talk but I was walkin the walk around looking at all the fish. The most amazing thing to me was the size of the shell dwellers, holy sheet! It was nice to meet the proprietor and his great expert assistants. I bought 4 Inkfin Calvus and I'll post some pics when they grow up, about 15 years or so. LOL Thanks to the crew at Atlantis :a-okhand:

I am not sure if i understand what all that hype of this Jenni girl was... I mean its like going to Peter Lugers and thanking the waiter for making a great steak. So i would like to first thank God for the creatures he makes (even Bill). Then i would like to thank Africa for allowing us to borrow its beautiful creatures and resources so we may enjoy them as well...
A special thanks to Atlantis for giving us a place to gather and go fishing (So much cheaper than going to Africa) But in the end i mean sure Jenni netted me a few fish and possibly sexed them correctly which may be considered a talent, and perhaps i was impressed that i saw her go back to the office to learn how to sex some L whatevers for the crew (or so she claims, maybe there was some booze back there). But in the end i think she spent most of her time admiring all the manly men in her joint hoping to get digits... So I guess i will say thanks Jenni for being one heck of a waiter and delivering me some nice African fish...
(and a thanks to Bill for driving me even if i had to listen to him talk for 5 hours about how he was having a real good hair day and how the site is the best)
Thanks again all it was nice meeting you and look forward to future events.

Jenn is one of few women who are in the hobby (or have expertise in the hobby), let a lone her ability to sex fish properly (and correctly) and her advice on breeding certain species from her own experience...After all she's responsible with breeding for all of those tanks there. She's also a great person to chat with if you ever have the chance. Same with Peter and John, all very friendly people. All of them make the trip up there worth it for not just the fish but to have a pleasant visit with them, and their walk-in warehouse sauna... :)

But yeah I do agree we do owe a bigger thanks to Africa's wonderful natural creatures and for these beautiful fish.

Anyway again it was nice meeting those of you I had the chance to and sorry I had to leave so soon. Now I am going to be busy all day moving tanks and fish around to make room for a shipment I am receiving Tuesday...

I don't what all the back and forth is here....

Jenn is a cute young girl....most of you are old and married anyway. She's working to make a living not dates. She likes what she does, she's interested in fish and knows her stuff. It was a great day, with great people all the way around!

Cost of road trip for members.....gas/food

Cost of fish....$$$$$

Having a FISHWIFE...PRICELESS!!
