Hello every one. I'm new to the forum and Africans sort of.I had sum black calvus and shellies about 10 years back in a 50 gal .
Well i lost power for 8 days during the hurricane that just past and lost everything. So i thought it was time for a change.Back to Africans it is.
Now I'm shooting for a Tanganyika tank and have bout 4 Neolamprologus caudopunctatus and a par of leleupi. Unfortunately there is not much in the way of good fish stores with a good African selection around me. If there is i don't know about it but i guess the hunt is part of the fun

welcome. sorry about the loss, but glad to hear your going with the tangs man. big up! best of the Africans IMO. sounds like you have a nice start. what else do you plan on keeping with them? all of the site sponsors have great quality fish. shipping to you shouldn't be that bad.
and remember we love pics :becky:

Watch out for the combination, my leleupi killed my caudopunctatus over a period of time. I got rid of the leleupi.

What are the dimensions of your tank?

Definitely either try and take the ride down to the auction or check out the sponsors on this site, always great quality fish. Plus check out the for sale posts....MOST of the guys on this site know how to keep quality fish so you should grt the same. Good luck with everything
