Sriracha...Red Chili paste is an accompaniment to any meal. Good Stuff. not vinegar based.
Very nice. An Oriental version of the Italian "Zuppa Di Pesce".
Scallops,Shrimp,Mussels,Steamers,Garlic,fresh cut/peeled tomatoes, all sauted in white wine/lemon butter. served over Linguini. :a-okhand:
If this is a recipe or cooking thread,,,,count me in. I've got many to share.

This year has been a bit chillier than the last few winters. I grilled fish for Christmas eve in 2007 and 2006.
