My rocks have brown algae growing all over them. Is this from too much light?
I took them all out and cleaned them and siphoned the bottom of the tank really well as well as cleaning the sides of the tank really well.

Throw ABN Plecos in there. It will be gone overnight. I find I get brown Algea more when the light is on too long but is not very bright.

I have a regular BN Pleco in there. I had 2 but lost one :(
I have looked here to find some ABN, but I haven't found any around here yet.

I would think the regular BN would do the job. Maybe the tank is too big or maybe he is eating too much of the food. I have Brown BN plecos and they are just as good as the Albino's IMO. I like the Albino's because they are easier to spot the adults and fry in the tanks.

I think my Metriaclima pulpican's are making it hard for him to clean. I have 3 males and they wont let anyone near their rocks.
I am going to move 2 of the males to another tank, they are taking over the bottom of the whole tank, little buggers :P I think after I move the Metriaclima pulpican's I will get a few more BN Plecos.

Try not feeding teh pleco for a few days. It should eat the algae at night
