The National Geographic Do***entary Lake Tanganyika - Jewel of the Rift is going to air this Friday November 28th at 10am (eastern time I am assuming) according to this webpage: http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/episode/jewel-of-the-rift-0480/Overview

Cablevision has this channel in HD 726, but according to the TV guide it will not be broadcast in HD. A lot of these channels are not broadcasting fulltime in HD.

I have been dying to watch this video Good look on the info YAP. Any boot leggers outhere wit a 5$ copy lmk lol....:rolleyes:. I would like to keep that in the Dvd collection.
Someone did a copy for me because I don't know how to do that. Apparently it's on youtube and also the ABC. Maybe you can pick it up from there. Great viewing !

I would love to borrow a DVD version of the movie if you make one. My version is Kinda old and I would love to have a good one on hand. Or if you are good you could ZIP it and post it so it could be accessed by us ;)

I did too. I don't think I've ever seen the whole thing from beginning to end, just clips. Very cool. Now I want one for Lake Malawi!

melanogenys is the species name(if that is the species of the fish on film). The genus name seems to change back and forth from Xenotilapia to Enantiopus and back to Xenotilapia. Lumpers and spiltters at it again.

well its wery old movie the original title is "A little fish in deep water" which i have from many years on VHS tape ;)
