Non pre-reg items receive a 60/40 split.
Items received after the auction has started will be 40/60.
Please use this form for donated items as well.

I have a question about the labels and registration form.Is there a certain 2 or 3 letters that identify each seller or do I just put Lot# 01,02,03 as so on with no letters. At some auctions I've been to you would put jer01, jer02. not sure and just want to do it right.
Thanks
Joe

Joe, you can leave the lots numbers blank...ECC will assign you lot numbers on the day of the auction.

Another reminder.
Please read over the Auction Rules as well.
There have been a few changes, including the use of labels on all bags.

Just wondering...... do those who are donating fish to the auction still need to buy the bidder card?
And the fish needs to be there before the auction start?

The bidder card is free to people that donate or are pre-registered. Please remember if you are donating you still need to pre-reg or register at the auction 8:00 to 10:00 your donations.
Pre-reg makes the people working the auction much happier
Yes the fish need to be there before the auction starts.
