sorry if this is the wrong section....

so the last couple of times i have cleaned my tank and done water changes i have noticed somesmall dead flies on the under side of my top glass (dont have a true canopy).well today while doing my wc i noticed the VERY small things in the water that looked like inch worms(best description). they were white and bent in the middle to "swim".I tried to get a pic to no avail. has anyone seen these creatures before? any idea what they are and if i have a problem? :ty: for any input!

The little white worms are planeria. Usually a sign of possible overfeeding, good news is their not harmful. :becky:
