Spirulina Flakes

I'm currently using Nutrafin Max spirulina flakes as one my foods and the fish love it, but after getting about 1/3 through the container, the flake size is all broken down. It makes a mess when feeding and really is a tease for the larger fish. Is there any other brand or source of good quality flake that is more sizeable throughout the container?

Earlier this month I attended the JSAS meeting and they had a speaker from ZooMed pitching their line of flake foods. To his credit he didn't bad mouth any other brands and actually commented about the many good foods available on the market. He passed around open containers of food so we could see the quality of the flakes and the size of the pieces was impressive. This was a characteristic he was very proud of. I even poked down into the container to get a glimpse of what lie beneath and it appeared the large flakes continued to the bottom. They have many varieties of flakes and spirulina is among them.

I hope this is the case. Just ordered some.

I have been using the HBH flakes. I barely go through half of the bag before it all become fry food.

I use Ken's flakes as well. I'm very happy with it. I use the tropheus flakes and the super brine shrimp flakes. The flakes stay large
