Our resident Webmaster, webDosser, has just informed me that this site, especially its Home Page, looks differently on Internet Explorer than on Mozilla Firefox.
I did not know this until he showed me a picture of what the Home Page looks like on IE7, something that I ditched many years ago for a much better and safer internet browser---Mozilla Firefox.

I guess this is like telling someone the benefits of a Toyota over a Chevy, if you catch my drift. I cannot twist anyones arm, but I can tell you that many people like the advantages of FF over IE7...and this includes this site.

I don't see how it would.

Anyway a good alternative to both IE7 and FireFox if you don't like either, is Opera...you can download it free at www.opera.com

And yet another one, is a new browser by Google called Chrome. You can download that one here: http://www.google.com/chrome

Go onto IE 7 and view the Home Page. You will see the advertisements are out of proportion in size.
Go to FF and look...everything is in proportion.

This is not the fault of this site, but IE 7.

I find it impossible for a browser to make your computer go nuts...maybe it is your computer.

I have driven Chevrolet products all my life and I have never had any bad luck with them. I have also never had a 10 year old truck rust out like my friends Toyota did. But then again theres two Toyotas worth of metal in every Silverado.

The difference between IE7 and Firefox is hardly noticeable, on my system at least. It's unlikely anyone would have ever noticed, but thanks for the heads up anyway.

Firefox is certainly the superior product, but there are certain websites where files cannot be downloaded with FF and IE7 is required (most notably some Microsoft sites, go figure). So, I pretty much have to keep both browsers on the computer anyway just for the rare occasions I have to use those sites.

Obi, you absolutely hit the nail on the head. As a matter of fact on our PC and laptop we have both IE7 and FF as browsers as well.
Thanks Obi!
