North Jersey Aquarium Sociey January Meeting

There will be a meeting of the North Jersey Aquarium Society on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at 7:45PM.

Great night for Buying fish at NJAS monthly auction. My best buy was a breeding trio of Tropheus Duboisi for $14.00! Male is 4" and female is 3.5". They guy that sold them said when he caught them one female spit fry and the other spit eggs!
The rest of my buys are here:
9 - 1.25" Laetacara dorsigera for $5.00! Tom actually bought a bag of 3 for $2.00 then gave the bag to me when I bought mine.
6 - 2"-2.5" Melanochromis auratus for $5.00
Val & najas plants for $4.00.
So I spent $38.00 on 20 fish!
Plus Loiselle did a talk on Madagasgar.

Crap I missed this... I don't know how I missed this topic... I definitely would've went too... :upset::sigh: I especially wanted to talk to him about Madagascar fish too...!

I bought a couple of beers at the bar after the meeting. LOL! Also picked up 2 lbs of blackworms. There were some great buys (steals) at the auction. Don't forget the benefit auction at next months meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2009 at 7:45 PM. http://www.njas.net for more information.
