Thanks for the well-wishes, but the ceremony has been postponed.
With the temperature hitting 98 and the threat of severe thunderstorms here on the Jersey Shore for the entire afternoon and evening the School has decided to have the ceremony at 3pm on Friday.

I remember how I felt when I was finally finishing up middle school and moving up to the "big leagues." It felt good.

:runnningaround: Summer Summer Summer SUMMER HECK YES! First, thanks to everyone!!! Secondly, I would like to address something important. :noway: Yes way. Summer assignments! :jaw: Yeah it doesn't end for me. I have a Biology assignment, Math assignment, reading assignment and a Spanish assignment too! Well I get two months to work on this, so I will be sure to plow through it slowly and waste my time doing other things. :typing:

It was strange though, being on the other end of the camera. Usually I am the one pointing it around but that honor went to my dad, and he did a pretty good job! Maybe he can direct a sequel to December to Remember if we ever have one! :1143: :neener:

An absolute great day, that's for sure.
The best part of this is what we are looking forward to in September.
The High School that Joseph will attend is ALL business. Only 66 Freshman will be attending and Joseph will have his work cut out for him. Like he said he will have a Summer filled with assignments that are all due the first day of school. One of these assignments, his Biology I assignment, is one that I get to be part of.
The assignment has to do with observing the local flora and fauna of either the Barnegat Bay or Atlantic Ocean. Sketches are a must along with detailed notes of locations, dates, times, weather and even the tides. The assignment is so detailed that the Science Dept has also added the size of the double-spaced font that has to be used.
So I will have to go along with Joseph to the beach and, ahem, observe. The toughest part of this will be do we eat before or after...:coool!:
