Nice! Are all those pics of one tank? If so it must be a great 'watching' tank!

Chris, how are your Met. hajomaylandi for tempermant? I had a group of four old wilds, and some of the females were a bit rough on each other. Last while I had them I housed the group with a 7" smallmouth bass....

the hajos are a bit nasty but the aggression in the tank is sorta even in my tank...my hajos arnt wild tho i think f1 but still they are aggro...i agree that even the females are aggro, i had one female kill the another so far

Haplee had a problem when he tried to introduce a new male to an established aquarium with assorted Mbuna and female Hajos. The females seem to have given the male a bit of a beating.
Myself, I only have males left. After the females bred the male(s) killed them.

I think the Met. hajomaylandi Chizumulu and the Met. aurora Mara Point's I had are about the same for aggression. By far the most abusive mbuna I've had - worse than any other I've had in my time (demasoni, saulosi, "perspicax orange cap", fuelleborni).

I have found Maylandia Hajomaylandi to be one of the best behaved Mbuna that I have ever had. It was not until after many spawns that females were being killed one by one.
