Yeah just fill out your name, username, address and phone number, and then the description and indicate if it is a donation (if it isn't, just leave that blank)

can u do multiples if i decide to add more stuff by the end of the wk or all has to b done on 1?

Good question Bill. If I have multiples lots of the same variety, do i have to indiviualized each lot or can I just write the variety and how many lots of that particular variety? Meaning this particular lots are the same fish and quantity. Also, it will save how many repetive entries I can post on one page ( not going onto a 2nd page- them I'm really screwed- I don't know how to do it). Please get back to us ASAP. I would like to finnish my pre-registration tonight.Thanks

Greg, you can give me what you have now and then add onto it or start a new sheet later in the week.
