a couple of days ago i gave a call to total aquarium asking for a motor due to my shaft beeing worn out. out of all the stores i called rodney was the only one that asked what was wrong with it,and when i told him about the shaft he said i only need a shaft not the entire motor. i was like "wow" he was the only one to say that so it goes to show his knowledge and desire to help people out rather than just taking their money as it would of have been real easy to say"yes we can get you a motor" and take some more of my money.
when i get there it tuirns out they didnt have a shaft. rodney reaches over opens a brand be ac110 and removes the shaft and gives it to me. i asjed him he would do that and he said "its no big deal i'lljust order a new shaft and put it back, and i'msure you need it for your fish".
i was amazed as well as very thankfull. so "thank you very much" rodney. also rodney said they are working on getting together with east coast cichlids as a sponsor and is even going to try to go to the auction in may.
NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE!!!!! would ever open up a new package to give me a 5$ part out of it. goes to show you the stores integrity and dedication to the hobby
