Hello Everyone,
I got these to peacocks at a fish store the other day and they have been in quarantine since saturday. now tonight I noticed a white spot on the yellow ones face, does anyone know what it could be. Now in the first picture it looks like a hole but it's not if you look at the second picture you can see it is raised... Thanks

In the first picture, it looks like some pitting. Almost like the start of hole in the head disease, but that usually start on the top of the fish. It could just be the result of an injury. I would try some melafix. That works well on all kinds of wounds.

Thank you Joe, Teah it looks like a pit but it's actually raise. Now I have them in QT with just a drop of cooper in it. can I put melafix in when there is cooper, I just read the bottle I'm actually using Cupramine that says not to mix with other meds. I was going to do a water change tonight.. Thanks again Gus

Yeah, it did just show up overnight. I have to decide whether to put them in my main tank. I was going to do it this weekend because they looked so good up until I saw the mark on his face. but maybe I'll wait until next weekend. Gus
