Has anyone ever tried these in their aquariums?

That looks good especially in this cold weather with crushed Red pepper on top... or srirachi.

I have kept fresh water clams in a plant tank i used to have, they are great for aerating your sand , but must keep a good 3 inches of sand for them to do well , they are also filter feeders,I used to drop a little zooplankton in a couple times a week and that worked for me

I think it would be very cool to try, but be careful......if they die, they will mess up the tank very quickly.

Put them in my tank and they were eaten with in a week by my calvus. So don't mix them with calvus. hahaha.

I've never tried the clams & absolutely despise MTS's, but I'm really sold on the Olive Nerite snails as part of my clean-up crew. Don't do much for a sand bed, but man can they work the glass and rocks! They're also small enough to get on plastic plants and keep them pretty clean.

The only time I'd ever put clams in a fish tank is for feeding to a puffer fish...
