sponge filters for 30 g tank

Hey guys,which hydro sponge or sponges would be good for a 30 g grow out tank.I see they have different sizes 1,2,3,4 etc,would 1 bigger size or 2 smaller sizes be better?if so which ones?.I have a rena 400 pump with dual outlets,will this work?or is this pump to strong?,thanks in advance.

Ray, two II's or two III's would be perfect.
That Rena pump is perfect as well.
