Luis was kind enough to send me a couple free samples of two flakes and a fry food ("Florida Gold" food) the flakes which were all natural no preservatives or artificial colors added.
The Veggie Color flake is fantastic. The fish love it, it has great nutrition, and and are nice thick flakes (though NOT as thick as Ocean Nutrition flakes, but the veggie color flake is comparable to omegasea/one flakes as far as how thick they are).
