I currently have a young all male hap tank 180g with the following list

Aulonocara (Rubescens)
Aulonocara sp. "Lwanda"
Aulonocara sp. "Stuartgranti Maleri" (Maleri Is.)
Aulonocara jacobfreibergi eureka red
Buccochromis rhoadesii
Champsochromis spilorhynchus
Chilotilapia rhoadesii
Copadichromis chrysonotus
Dimidiochromis compressiceps
Dimidiochromis strigatus
Fossorochromis rostratus
Nimbochromis venustus
Otophaynx sp. "torpedo blue"
Placidochromis sp. "Phenochilus Tanzania"
Protomelas taeniolatus
Protomelas sp. "Steveni Taiwan" (Taiwan Reef)
Sciaenochromis fryeri

I am looking for advice on adding a single male Lethrinops sp. red cap. I am under the impression they quite a peaceful fish and unsure of how they would go in amoungst large predatorial haps. Keep in mind that fish like Champsochromis, Aristochromis and Nimbochromis species are still to come.
MMmm i think i know the answer to this but what do you guys think??

My answer is " NO WAY " . No Lethrinops species should be added to your set-up Gibbs. In no time they would just fade away. They are not good when it come's to handling aggression. Aristochromis ( Christyi, exuse the spelling ) one of the baddest fish I've kept. A 4-6in. Christyi can swallow a 3in+ Lethrinops in one gulp. I've kept 4in.+ Lethrinops for short period's of time with Cyprichromis species, and they faired well together. Most Lethrinop's are easy going fellow's.

I have found my male Lethrinops is good with Cyno's and even the Labeotropheus fuelleborni - but haven't kept them with those bigger open water cichlids.
