Florida Guppies Plus <--anyone ever buy flake food from them before?

Has anybody ever bought fish food from Florida Guppies Plus before?

I ordered a small amount of some kelp/spirulina flake to give it a try and to see what the quality of it is.

Have you bought any flake foods from him at all? Would you consider him reliable to deal with? (Just wondering before I possibly become a regular customer)

I was looking at the pellets too but I didn't like that they had feather meal and blood meal in them... Probably great for the new world species but I'd just stick with Gold Pearls and Flakes for my fry...

Anyway so far I am definitely satisfied with the communication from Luis.

When the food comes in the mail I'll let you all know what I think of it. Sounds like great stuff though!

Luis is a great guy to deal with. I've used about 4 kinds of flake foods from him for my fish. I either buy from him or kensfish. Never a problem with either 1 of them.

I got the flakes today and they are HUGE. Very thin, a dull green color and the fish seem to have no problem eating it.

So far I'd say it seems to be a decent flake... And 4oz gave me A LOT of it...

Luis was my next door neighboor in NJ for over 10 years, he has been in the hobby since he could walk. Great guy from a really nice family. He has a real nice fully automated fish room and has really nice show guppies and angels. Yes i could vouch for him and his product line.

I got to give more praise for this stuff... The fish go NUTS for the Spirulina Kelp flake... even my Tyrannochromis maculiceps wildcaught fish ate a bunch today...

Definitely a great flake and well worth the $3.50 for 4oz...

That's one of my new favorite flakes now...that and OmegaSea Cichlid flake...

Ed, is there a breakdown on the protein and the ingredients on the bag.
When we meet up later this week I will definitely take you up on your offer for a small amount to try on some of my Yellow Lab fry.
