High quality yellow labs are plentiful in these parts. An acquaintance of mine spent several months on Lake Malawi working for the late Stuart Grant, and brought a breeding group of wild yellow labs home with him that have produced a ton of fry. Also, a local breeder has a high quality line bred strain, and one of those offspring is the male in the pic shown above.

Here's a rare shot - a tank full of wild yellow labs collected in Lion's Cove, and on display in Stuart's fish room.

At the time the photo above was taken, WC yellow labs were going for $100 a fish, if you could find them.
