I have figured out (Thanks WebDosser) how to edit a few smilies.
Does anyone have any problems on how to access all 200?

are cut off for me. I see two full row's and 1/2 the 3ed ( split down the middle) I can see/get all of them with the little smilie face located above

What's great is that every so often I can change the rotation of the smilies in the box on the right.

Rob, click on the smiley face that is above the text that you are typing. Then scroll down to "Show All Smilies".
